About Us

The Club: Founded in 1996, the Las Colinas Polo Club (LCPC) is one of the premiere polo clubs in the Southwest. The club hosts more than twenty tournaments each year, drawing thousands of spectators to witness the dramatic and artistic sport.

The LCPC offers world-class sports entertainment in a casually elegant environment. Capital One Championship Field at LCPC is known throughout the polo community as one of the finest facilities in the country to play and observe the spectacular sport of polo. Set on 24 lush acres, the perfectly manicured, bright green fields coupled with the stark white tents and chairs help create an ambiance as elegant as the sport itself. Spectators will enjoy a quiet relaxing afternoon watching polo and visiting with friends.

Season: League and tournament play is held in the spring, May –July, and in the fall, September - November. Spectator games are held every Sunday afternoon during the season.

Play: Polo matches can be played outdoors on 10 to 14-acre fields (the size of 10 football fields) or indoors in smaller arenas. Games are divided into six period called "chukkers," each lasting seven minutes. Players are handicapped by their horsemanship, experience and skill level on a scale of –2 to 10 goals (10 goals signifying a top player).

Admission: General admission $10. Grandstand seating $15. Children under 12 free. Tickets are available day of at the gate. Casual attire. Free parking. In case of inclement weather, please call 214-373-8855 for confirmation of match.
